Face Exercise Can Prevent Sagging Cheeks

Sagging facial skin, especially sagging cheeks, can occur when you lose weight or as a sign of aging. Many treatments can be done to tighten the skin, either medically or by doing self-care. One of the following ways you may be able to do to get rid of sagging cheek skin, namely with facial exercises to prevent sagging cheeks.

Facial exercises can train muscles and improve sagging facial muscles so that the muscles will tighten again. By doing facial exercises, the skin will tighten again.

To get maximum results, facial exercises must be done regularly in the morning and evening and be done for months. Apart from overcoming sagging facial skin, facial exercises can increase circulation and flow to the face so that the skin becomes healthier and brighter.

Before making the move, position your face against the mirror. The first movement of mouth gymnastics is smiling. Smiling will strengthen the muscles around the mouth, including the cheeks. The method is as follows:

Relax the muscles in your face.

– You can form a smile slowly by stretching both corners of your lips. Hold the smile for 10 seconds.

– Next, the smile widens to reveal the peripheral teeth, holding for 10 seconds. Develop a smile until the upper teeth are exposed, but not the gums visible, and hold for 10 seconds.

– The second movement is done using the index finger. Develop a big smile and place your index finger in the corner of your mouth to hold the corner of your lips. Make sure to stay relaxed and hold it for up to 10 seconds. Both exercises were carried out 5 times.

The third movement is chewing. Perform this movement as if you were chewing gum. Continue this movement up to 20 times. The fourth movement is to make the lips pout. Lower the corners of your lips with your index finger and hold for five seconds. Do this 10 times.
